IMHO - Buy software that works from a company who offers support

Get another video editting program - Don't expect support from this forum - look at the number of replies - Zero NCH = No Chuffin Hope

I'm not a fan of companies who offer "support" via forums - I think it's lazy and it seems this forum is worse than most - Look at how many replies there are to the posts and you'll see what I mean. My own question for instance. My previous post expressing my negative feeling has been taken down without comment or reply. The more honourable thing to do would have been to answer my points. I suspect this will suffer the same fate

OK - downloaded this app this weekend - loaded .avi file and .3gp file made minor changes and saved. Despite numerous attempts, choosing a variety of encodings, the resultant clip had clear audio but no video output. I loaded a .3gp file made no changes and saved it. Saved file was double the size of the original but still no video. I was using VLC and WMP to try to play. The only exception was .swf which played fine. Any clues
