I would like to use NCH Broadcam video Streaming, but before I download it I would like to know if It can be used to do the following: 1. capture video frames from a webcam 2. Stream the video frames to a server 3. when a video frame arrives at the server, make available the frame's content (image pixels and audio samples) to an application processor

I would like Stream a Video between a PC and an Internet server and to get a frame as soon as it arrives at the server, then make the frame available to an application. Can I do that using BroadCam Live Video Streaming Software? If I can do it, how can I get the frame?
