Please help. I am using Express Talk 3.10 and have done so for quite awhile with no problems. All my SIP configurations are the same. Today, I tried dialing out from one of my SIP lines. I see it dialing and connecting but hear no sound. I even called my home number and it does ring but from the ET side, I don't hear ringing or any sound. However, if I use ET to receive an incoming call, I do hear sound...ringing me and of course, volume when picked up. I thought that my 3.10 version was corrupt so downloaded the current version 4.02. Surprisingly, that worked for one time (calling out) but then it had the same issues as my 3.10 version (which up to this time, worked perfectly). I have an ATA with the SIP lines also and those still work well--both incoming and outgoing. However, my ET softphone has issues with not having volume on outgoing calls. This occurs on two different computers--one running XP Home and the other Vista Home Premium. Any advice please?
