  1. Several years ago, when I became aware of NCH software, after purchase of several excellent programs I regularly received emails on no-cost upgrades. Why has the company discontinued email notices? I depend on these emails to upgrade on time, then purchase a new license when appropriate. Just noticed that another customer posted a request for critical info (moving to a new computer) over a month ago, and no one has responded. Has NCH grown so much with many sales of reasonably-priced software that they no longer care to keep old customers?
  2. This is closely related to member Microsoftee's topic re: DVR camera not recognized. My surveillance camera, a Swann Night Hawk SW-P-WOC, worked perfectly when connected to an old VCR. Now, when connected to a EasyCAP USB device, it appears briefly, then shows "unplugged" before I can do any video capture with EyeLine. Apparently the drivers out there for this EasyCAP are many, and not reliable. I finally found one that installs without errors in Windows XP (service pack 3). I've spent hours searching the web, and there are a lot of unhappy campers out there. Maybe I'll learn that I just made a bad choice in purchasing this USB device. Any help will be appreciated.
