  1. Hello, Can anyone advise please. I am using Axon PBX ver 2.00 and Express Talk Business soft phones. we have setup a basic dial plan of dial 9 for outside line and all other numbers dial extensions. When we receive an incoming call and then select 'Transfer', then dial the extension number to transfer the call. The dialed extension rings and is answered. This all works fine so far! However,when we then select the arrow at the top right of the express talk software to transfer the call, the PBX disconnects the original incoming caller (who was on transfer/hold and listening to music) and dials them back. Meanwhile a ringing tone can be heard on the extension that the call was transferred too. I hope this makes sense to someone and they can explain what I have done wrong or omitted to setup please? Thanks in advance
