Open AC3 in Wavepad

Hmm... I just downloaded it again but it still does not work for me: "The file format is not supported by this program or a required codec or plugin is not installed" ??!! -
Please help me with opening ac3 files in Wavepad.. I know it has something to do with directshow filters but i cant get ac3 to open in Wavepad?! Please Help
