(I couldn't find Prism Video Converter forums) everytime I try to convert a movie from the Video Pad format VPJ It says unable to convert. Its from the same company and it cant convert its own formats? how do i change the format so that i can upload it onto youtube

Whenever I try to upload a song it never shows up only sometimes but that is randomly when I don't need it. And Im trying to make the picture just as long as the Music file but I have to click Still picture over and over again but it just stops sometimes. Does anyone know a way to just get the picture and music to be the same amount of time and work?
