I receive video files with a set time code stamp already on the video file which differs from the Express Scribe audio and recording time code. Is there a way I can set, or sync, the downloaded file's time code to appear on Express Scribe? In other words, if it starts at 00:00:00 on Express Scribe, can I set it to start at 03:00:05?
