  1. Hi DJ, Perhaps I'm being a bit dense, but I fail to see how to access the support ticket that you created for me. However, I think it's a moot point on this current issue, since the problem is solved! I disabled the BitDefender A-V Shield Script Monitoring, and the problem with submitting the form went away! I didn't really need it, anyway, because I've used the "NoScript" add-on for Firefox for a long time now, and am very happy with it. After getting BitDefender and noting that it contained a HTTP-script monitor, I turned off "NoScript," so as not to have both of them running. Now that I know that BitDefender's HTTP-script monitor can cause problems with website operation, I've gone back to "NoScript",. and disabled BitDefender's script monitoring. I was close to doing that, anyway, because I much prefer NoScript's method of notification and asking permission for scripts. BitDefender's notifications and permission requests are a bit obtrusive.   2. Hi DJ, Thanks for speedy reply. This time, the problem manifested a bit differently. When I clicked "Next", rather than returning an error, the page just reverted to the blank support contact form. I'm using Firefox v3.0.11 (earlier, I tried IE v8 with the same error result as before) System is WinXPPro SP 3, with latest updates, using Bit Defender A-V 2009, with A-V Shield enabled in Aggressive mode, and with all scripts and cookies requested during RCH.COM.AU session permitted. I can submit two sreen shots: First is: FireShot #9 is the completed form, just before clicking "next" and Next is: FireShot #10 is the screen that was presented after clicking "Next". All you need to is to let me know where to upload them to, since there doesn't seem to be a provision here for file attachments. Would it be helpful for me to try again with Bit Defender A-V 2009 A-V Shield disabled? Regards, Bob Hakes

Hello, I first attempted to contact Technical Support by using the Contact Support page on the NCH website, at this URL: http://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=ExpressBurn&support=http://www.nch.com.au/burn/support.html&pty=3&purchaseclass=burn After entering the required data on the first page of the form, I clicked "Next" at the bottom of the page, and received the following error: ***Begin Error Message Copy*** Method Not Allowed The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /support/supportcontact.html. ***End Error Message Copy*** I re-tried the action several times, with the same results. Then tried other "Contact" pages on the NCH website with also the same result. I was also unable to find a way on the NCH website to make any contact, other than Postal Mail, in case of problems with the website. I have also tried sending several emails to NCH Software, guessing at recipient mailboxes @nch.com/au or @nchsoftware.com, but all have been returned as invalid addresses Hence, I am submitting my question via a separate post on this forum. While having all contacts be required to be submitted via website contact forms may reduce problems with unsolicited commercial email and insure that incoming requests are directed to the appropriate department, there is certainly a downside when a problem exists in website programming or operation! A website should at least have a working link to email if there are technical difficulties with the website! Hopefully someone from RCH Software will ultimately see this post! Regards, Bob Hakes
