PROBLEM: when converting MOV to WMV or AVI, the sound stops 1/2 way through the conversion. I have tried to download the codec program K-Lite Codec Pack 4.9.5, which NCH says "might" resolve the problem. I am unable to download the program, as they have a recursive link in the download. I am trying to decide whether I should buy this product, but so far have not been able to get the free version to work. Any suggestions?
