I am looking for a software system for a small business and I see that NCH software has several options: * Cooper POS which is free. * Inventoria. * Express Invoice. * Express Accounts. Do they integrate with each other? I would like to start with a POS and an Inventory system. If I decide to download Cooper and buy Inventoria, do they integrate with each other? Does Cooper use the items in Inventoria? If, in the future I want to add accounting, can Express Accounts be integrated with Cooper and Inventoria? Respectfully, Jorge Maldonado

It worked and I do not know how. I just arrived to my office the next day I wrote this post, turned on my PC and I noticed it was recording the on hold message too.

My phone system depends on a PBX; when a call enters, VRS starts recording but if such a call is to be transfered to another extension and it is placed on hold (when on hold a special recording describing our services takes place) then recording stops. What can I do to avoid this behavior? Respectfully, Jorge Maldonado

I discovered that this is normal, as soon as a call is detected the icon changes or flashes red and starts recording.

I just installed VRS and when I am configuring the channel properties (actually I have 2 channels) my PC suddenly restarts. I will appreciate any information about this issue. My PC has Windows XP SP3, 1GB RAM, INTEL 3.0 Ghz CPU. Regards, Jorge Maldonado

I just installed VRS Recording System and I get an icon in the system tray. Initially it has a red button for a short time and after that it becomes grey. If I place my mouse cursor on it a tool tip text appears saying "VRS Recording System Stopped". I set up one line to record manually and start recording just to test and this icon in the system tray start to flash between gray and red indicating that it is recording. What does this mean? Is this an indicator when the system is recording only? I checked the VRS Service and it is running. Respectfully, Jorge Maldonado
