I've installed the latest version of Real Player (10) but the problem persists. I forgot to mention in my original post that I am using version 1.04 of Switch.

After loading ram files into Switch the MP3 conversion begins but then ends abruptly with the error message "Conversion has failed please see "xxxx" (nch website) for possible answers to the problem. I have Real Player version 7 installed. Can anybody help.
