What do I need/how can I convert a WMA file (recorded on Olympus WS-100 voice recorder) to a DSS file (for use with Olympus transcription kit)? By phone Olympus said, "the WS-100 isn't intended for files to be transcribed." Nonetheless, my client used a WS-100, which records only in WMA format, and needs it transcribed. Any advice appreciated!
