  1. Hello, Thanks for helping. I have the demo of IVM answering attendant. Here is a problem and a couple of questions. I intend to license IVM in a couple of days. 1) I have not been able to access the web control, always a wrong login / password reply. It's turned on Here: Settings / Web Access: Enable system management web portal, port 82 (I do get to that page). Set the login / password here: Settings / General / Service Settings .\username and password. I have been able to access mailboxes through the web interface, just not the admin. I even re-installed the software and tried default: admin/admin, same result. I cannot find any documentation on the actual default or where to set it. I am inside my LAN, on the same computer, but I did set up the port forwarding for 82, TCP/IP. I was able to access the web control for AXON, not IVM. 2) I intend to use the IVM to call forward to many different numbers, like cell and home phones. I believe I have it set up through the data entry and a variable that links to the variable's mailbox, then on that MailBox Properties' Delivery, tab I put in the outside number at "Forward to Telephone Number" (at the bottom). Is that where an outside number is placed? 3) I plan to order CallCentric VoIP lines. Do I need two lines for each active call forward? In other words, should I get 6 lines to handle 3 concurrent transfers or call forwards? Are the Inbound Lines a separate setup in IVM, or would all six be added in Settings / Telephony / Add / New SIP based VoIP Account? Why does CallCentric sell seperate Incoming and Outgoing lines? I plan to only use one outside phone number and will have very few outside direct dialed calls (95% call forwarding). I truly appreciate knowledgeable help. Take Care, Neil
  2. Hi, I am using the trial Axon. Before I setup outside lines and license Axon, I would like to know if this is possible. Customers that call into Axon will already know an eight digit number (it's not a phone number). I want them to enter the entire number as an extension, and have that extension call an outside number, like a cell phone or house phone. Each extension will have a distinct outside number to call. There could be hundreds of these extensions. The voice prompt tell them to enter the eight digit number. Can an extension can be dialed during or after the voice prompt? Because each inbound call also ends up using an outside line, do I need two external lines per call? Take Care, Neil
