hi its me again what is a52dec.exe can some one explain to me why doe this file always pop up when i try to rum prizm

hi i was just wondering does anyone know what a52dec.exe download/install on demand is and why does it pop up when i try converting a file to mp4. every single time i us the program it tries to connect to the internet and i deny the connection and then it opens a web page with a52dec.exe install option.... thanks
