  1. I am trying hard to understand and read the vast majority of previous posts to find this out: In my "museum" when viewing an exhibit, a visitor can call up, key in the 2 digit code, and hear a message about the exhibit. Will IVM work for this, or is it overkill. I do not need, or want, any messages to be left by the callers, just for them to hear the informational recording. This leads me to a specific question: The IVM Telephone Attendant Small Interactive System allows up to 70 OGM menus and 8 voice mailboxes. IVM Telephone Attendant Professional allows up to 70 OGM menus and 30 voice mailboxes. In the case of Professional would I be allowed 70 different messages (announcements) to be played, or only 30? Thank you all in advance for your help, Ed
  2. Hi All, In reading all I can find, I see that to answer 3 "regular" phone lines one needs a card that 3 lines plug into. But I have 3 VOIP lines. Does it connect to VOIP "before" the VOIP lines are converted by the modem? In short do I need a card with 3 VOIP lines? Also and unrelated: I have seen some criticisms of the companies handling of paid support. Just sour grapes or valid critisisms? Thanks a lot in advance. Ed
