I am also having this problem. When I downloaded the trial version it worked fine, but this version doesn't convert ogg files. However, I've tried to play the files in VLC, they won't play. I've also tried to convert them in AVS audio converter which states it can convert ogg files but won't. My .Ogg files just won't play or convert in any application I've tried, which leads me to believe it has something to do with the file itself. Is there a codec that I may need?

when I load an .ogg file into "switch" and hit "convert now", the operation is unsuccessful, I'm told the file can't be converted. Help?
