Have you tried using some other discs besides the Riteks. Use a good brand like Taiyo Yuden, Sony or Falcon. Sense code usually means something is funky with the drive seeing the disc and initializing properly and sometimes this can be the compatibility of the drive to disc type. That is what happened when I have had sense code errors in the past. IF a different type of media doesnt work, then you may want to talk to the tech support folks from NCH.
