I have a Sony IC recorder (ICD-SX46). There are some mp3 formats apparently that their Digital Voice Editor (I have latest version 3.1) doesn't convert. It can play them, but the Digital Voice Editor will not move them to my PC (Windows XP). And Switch doesn't "see" the IC recorder (even though it's connected to the PC), so Switch can't handle the file either. How do I get these "special" mp3 files (e.g., 22.05KHz 32kbps) onto my PC so that they can be processed by Switch? Thank you!
