  1. I am wanting to stay with 3.14 version because the new versions do not allow you to sample the amount of reverb you place on a song before you add it. The older versions allowed you to sample them. This was a feature they took off the newer versions for some reason and I have no idea why, it would appear to me they don't use the programs just create them. If anyone has a .dmg of the version 3.14 I would like to get it, NCH's customer support tells me they don't have any of the older versions on file. I have it on my computer but it is not a good version and customer support told me to delete it and reinstall and enter my original serial and registration information. But, I do not have the original .dmg file of the mac version of 3.14? Any help out there anywhere. email is "nashvillespotlight@comcast.net" need a .dmg for the wave pad 3.14 power mac version. thanks, mike
  2. I like the space bar stop and start which was added, there are several other features that appear to be nicer. However the new version took 1 item away or 1 item that I have found so far. When you add reverb now, you can not test it to see how it sounds before you apply it. If there is a way to do it I did not see it. This makes it very hard to judge just how much you need until you apple, then have to undo it and reapply. I edit TV Shows and add reverb to 12 to 16 different clips and I do each one at a time. Some are talking and require less, some are songs being performed and require more. So why did you remove features? Kinda like the government, they give a little and take a lot. Could you have not just added the nice things and not taken some away? mike
  3. I do not get a drop down menu. But I have issues with this whole program. At times all my "save" "save as" and other functions like "noise reduction" items and the others are grayed out and non selectable. I have a hard time getting the program to function the same way every time I use it. This is just a non typical Mac functioning program. Plus I purchased the additional Technical Support and got very little from them. I never did get a question answered correctly or in a manner that it was usable to me. Thanks Mike
  4. TerrorBite, I wiped my ass with your reply which is about what it is worth, I did buy NCH software which was WavePad that should have given me the mp3 format as described via their won techincal support. I also have switch but why should I create a project in WavePad to then open another program to convert to the format I need. I actually take the project into iTunes to convert to mp3 but should not need t do that either. Could not find a listing on the program you mentioned called "wotEVA". Maybe we have a different Google down here in the south.
  5. I read that to create an mp3 version of a project all you need to do is to place the label mp3 in the title somewhere, well every time I try it I still get the project saved in a wave format. How do you save your project in an mp3 format. thanks mike
  6. I am editing audio from videos for a TV Show, I extract the audio from imovie and when I use the open file option in WavePad and import the audio file from my desktop it is longer than the original. Not too much but enough that it can not be just dropped back into the slot from where it came. It is added into wavepad al almost 1 second longer that the original. This is a problem as when you put the reworked song back into the movie the audio does not line up with the video. Any suggestions, I am using an intel mac with 10.5.0 and the registered version of wavepad 3.14 Intel.
