Hi,
I've setup Axon Virtual PBX 2.01 to receive incoming phone calls from my VoIP line. All internal numbers begin with "10" (101, 102, etc.) so I have set my dialing plan to use the outside VoIP line as default, unless number starts with "10" in which case it will use it as en extension.
I've setup Axon Virtual PBX 2.01 to transfer all of my incoming calls to IVM Answering Attendant. IVM is then redirecting my calls either to an internal number. But... whenever I try to transfer a call to the outside, I get a 403 message. I can dial an external number in either INT'L format ( 0041 21 123 45 67) or in local format (021 123 45 67) and it works properly. The exact error message I get is :
Error returned: 403 Do not use late offer-answer model
addition info that might help (or not...):
when I transfer to a local extension, I get
Transfer initiated from sip: 10@10.20.10.100:5060. Connection Living Room <sip:101@10.20.10.100> with sip:102@10.20.10.100
and this one works
When I transfer to an external number, I get
Transfer initiated from sip: 10@10.20.10.100:5060. Connection Phone User 1 <sip:101@10.20.10.100> with sip:02112345678@10.20.10.100
Error returned: 403 Do not use late offer-answer model
Also, do you know if I could do the transfering part with just IVM. Say I setup one VoIP account for my internal PBX (so I can call from 101 to 102) and one for my external VoIP (with my outside phone number). Do you think IVM can connect an incoming call from the outside with one number on my PBX or send it back outside (say on my cell phone)?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thank you in advance!
Peter
