  1. Groovy. And a big duh on me not realizing those were links. As I said, this is all new to me. Sure is exciting fun, though! P.
  2. Hi, Michael, and thanks a lot for an answer. However, I am new to this, and I do not know how I would put an .flv extension on my browser? Nor do I find a Keep Video command. When I load a vid, and right click, I only get two options, Settings, and About Adobe Flash Player. I am on Mac OSX 104, and using Safari (but I also have Firefox, if that is any help). I have been trying to open the Activity window when the vid loads, and then Opt/2-click on the vid's name there, but it always says it contains an application and proceed? Sorry to need such hand-holding, but as I said, this is totally new to me. If you could step me through, I would sure appreciate it! Peggy
  3. Using Mac OSX 10.4, Safari will download a YouTube vid, but it is coming as an .html file, and says it is an Application. I've tried changing the suffix to .flv, .wma, and .wmv, but it still does not "take." I want only the sound, as an MP3, so I downloaded Switch and the Flip4Mac, but to no avail. Switch says it cannot read the file, perhaps it is not supported. So I need to know how to make the YouTube file convertable. Help! Peggy
