We have been using IVM v4.11 for about 2 months, with a BCM Voicemodem (using the latest driver).
Just today, we began having this problem. An incoming call seems to work correctly - IVM answers the call and creates the wav file in the correct mailbox.
However, the line stays busy. I need to restart the IVM service to fix this. Also, the mailbox does not email the notification!!! I suspect some association between the problems.
