I am experiencing a major delay when I pick up the extenstion when someone calls in. When someone calls in they hear the onhold music and the phones ring, when I pick up the extension there is a 5-6 second delay for the people on the line to be able to hear me. If I turn off the onhold music and allow it to just ring, there is no delay and the caller can hear me instantly.. Has anyone had this problem and found a fix for it? This is all the latest version of the trial software, I'm trying out the axon because it seems less complicated then asterisk. any help would be appreciated... thanks
