I have the software installed and it appears to be working properly as I can record from the webcam built into my laptop. I am trying to record video from my JVC GR-D347U Mini DV camcorder. When I select the device in the options/record drop dow menu and hit OK, I can see the video playing on my computer. When I hit the record tab at the bottom left of the screen, the video on my computer freezes and nothing records. Once again, I know the software works because I can play back recordings from my webcam. Any assistance you can provide would be helpful, thanks!
