Sorry - meant to say "Bug in OUTBOUND DIALLING PLAN", without confusing the issue with a extension/handset "dialplan" java script:emoticon('') smilie

When selected from the dropdown "Dial on", [Extension] is taken as a literal e.g. If first digit is 9 dial on [Extension] produces a "can't find dialon line [Extension]" error. It works OK in the "otherwise" switch.
