Hi,
I downloaded express scribe and verbose two days ago. I tried to open the files that I had been sent for transcription, and it will not allow me to do so.
They are encrypted and password protected, does that make a difference?
If I try to open the file as an adobe document, it says that "adobe reader could not open *file name* because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (e.g. it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't properly decoded)
If I save the pdf document and try to covert it using verbose, I don't get an option to view the pdf files in the folder, and it won't locate any of the files that I need!!!
Help!!!!!
