Upon downloading the EYELINE software, I received an error message informing me that my computer did not have the proper video codecs installed, and I needed to return to the NCH website for technical support. Unfortunately, I was unable to find these codecs to download. Please help! Aimee Leigh- aleeschober@yahoo.com
