Hello...I recently upgraded from the trial version to the paid version. The trial version gave me no problems at all recording. Since I've bought it I cannot get my self out of the "red" when recording unless I turn the volume all the way down on my mixer. Only then will it barely go to the "good" sign. I moved the recording volume down in the settings and still no luck. I don't understand why it would work before and now not work....never had this issue before. thanks for anyone able to hep.
