Our company downloaded the 4.04 version of VRS sometime ago for our call center. Unfortunately, the manager at the time did not make a copy of the software. Now we have replaced our computers; the license is still good, but the software is gone! I contacted NCH Software Support, who stated "Unfortunately, we are unable to provide copies of older versions of the software, but you may be able to post on our forum and maybe another user will have the version you purchased. You can post something on the forum using the link <http://www.nch.com.au/support/forums.html> and pick the VRS forum." Does anyone have this version?
