  1. It sort of does depend on the installation folder, but you're right, it may not be IN the installation folder. On my Windows XP installation, the 'Done' files are being stored in an Application Data folder for Express Scribe under the Windows User I am using, in this case 'Administrator'. If you use the following as an EXAMPLE, you should be able to find them. On my installation, they are stored in: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\NCH Swift Sound\Scribe\Done Note that the Application Data folder may not be visible to you in Windows Explorer. I used the Command Prompt (DOS) to find them. Also know that the "Settings" options in ES has a setting which instructs how long 'Done' files are to be kept. Use this! They take a up lot of space. And based on some other messages, may cause problems when it gets to be 'too much'.
