I have tried to do this, but I haven't succeeded. I need help with uninstalling Express Scribe because it no longer works on my Imac, and I want to reinstall a fresh copy. Thank you.

When we moved our software from a G4 to an IMac, Express Scribe stopped working. I want to uninstall it and then download a fresh copy. The only uninstall instructions I could find were for Windows. I tried going into the Applications folder and trashing the icon, but it won't let me erase it. Help! and Thank you.
