    I have the same problem. I have found the file under Progarm NCH Swift Sounds\VRS so I intend uninstalling this software.

    Help. I just installed the NCH suite including RecordPad. Now I intermittently hear the action wav "recording started", even when the program is not running. Does anyone know how to make this stop?
