  1. I purchased v3.05 of Wave Pad in 2008. I have used frequently with no problems...up until now. I edited and saved my files using Wave Pad as I've always done. However, when I tried to play them, using Media Player or Media Source, I get a message (from Media Player) saying "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file." What's more, now I can't go back and open the file with Wave Pad. When I attempted to do so, I got a message saying that the file is "corrupt". I saved some other files using Wave Pad, but none would play back. Also, after I save, it shows the file size of 0 bites. I haven't done anything differently. What is wrong? Why has this stopped saving? Thanks!
  2. I have the Master's Edition of WavePad. I am learning how to use this tool. Can anyone help me figure out if there is an item on the tool bar that can help me edit the "tunnel" sound out of a recording? Also, I don't understand some of the other items on the Effects menu, such as: normalize, dynamic range compressor, high-pass filter, equalizer, reverb, reverse, crossfade, and DC offset correction????? Help!!! Thanks!! I appreciate any input. Sincerely, Lisa
  3. I purchased Express Burn in June 2007, and had been using it for some time since. A couple of months ago, I got a message saying that it had expired?? Not doubting the authenticity of the message, I purchased the software again. I have now discovered that this was my second purchase of the same software. I have been trying to use their refund form for several days, but that page on the NCH website will not send. I contacted Swift on Monday and was directed to use the form that I had been trying to use for several days . . .and it is still not working. I let them know that, but it is still not working. Has anyone else received an erroneous "expired" message, after having paid? Tweet
