I was charged and I paid for Silver Support, but there is no path to access it. How do I get help. All links go to error pages.

Same problems here. New computer with Vista Premium. RealTek card. Blue screen every time. How can we get our money back? Letting this software out is truly unprofessional. Come back when it works.
