  1. btw this is both external and internal on hold feature.
  2. For the past 6 weeks i have been trying to figure out why axon fails to play the hold music from IMS no matter what is tried. I jhave tried the following: ( in the web control panel under groups i have edited the "On Hold Option" to one of the following repeatedly to try and get something to work ) 1. 122.122.122.122:606 ( all it plays when a client is on hold is beep beep beep ) 2. localhost:606 ( all it plays when a client is on hold is beep beep beep ) 3. 127.0.0.1:606 ( all it plays when a client is on hold is beep beep beep ) 4. Selected rinigng and that works!!!!! by this stage i am blowing steam out my ears and my face is all red with anger to why its not working. I have checked all the firewalls and they are all letting the specified programs through with full access, but still not working. When i dial 701 from my phone ( the group ) and look at IMS it usually will tell you when there is an incomming call but nothing comes through, however if i dial 197 it works fine and i can hear the on hold music. Any ideas?

Ok... i have just asked someone on ebay about the device listed below please advise if tis the right device and ill buy it i need this call centre up like yesterday.. its really important that i get it up asap next is the fun task of getting it to talk to Axon im still lost in how i am gong to do that unless i transfer all calls to extension 388 which is call attendant and if i dial that from a softphone i get the menu that id get if i called by phone is this the right device http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...sid=p2759.l1259 btw i have a modem / router but dosent matter if i have 2 right.. ill just turn the router off on one

  8. i have a mate that has one of thise hes uses fakatol.com.au if thats how you spell it dosent convert from phone line to voip its goes the operasite way from voip to phone line so u can answer it i need it to go from phoneline to voip so i can get it to be transfered around
  9. ok can you give me some Prices for this hardware in either Australia Or USA im an Australian Resident, but can order from the usa if i am given the correct information and i know what i am looking for. can you help me find what i need to find p.s what if i was to find a peace of software that did what you were saying i have a voice enabled dial-up card and if i could get a peace of software that could read the data coming on from the card like IVM does and convert it to voip it should be ok... correct??

    IVM >> AXON Config

    Hey Guys, look i have been trying to sort this out but from reading the offline help manual i think but not sure if it answers my question. "IVM does not transfer calls from voip to ordinary phone line... How bout the reverse????? look let me explain it a bit better. i am trying to setup a push button phone system so clients ring up push a button eg lets say Sales and thats 4. The client hits 4 and it redirects them. the thing is im not 100% sure how to do that. If i go dial it dials the call and then hangs up and doesn't transfer the call to my softphone where i want it. if i go transfer using any of the options i get can transfered and right under that call ended or i get the voice message " this is a message from IVM Messaging attendant press 1 to accept 2 to reject you hit 1 and it hangs up anyways and doesn't redirect the call i have the extensions set i want Sales to go to extension 148 in the ogm setting i go transfer to 148 and i get what i said above any one able to help?

TO IVM ( Answering Machine ) and ---/ --- Axon and i want to go to soft phone stop so re capping i want to transfer calls from the press an button menu such as billing you hit one and its redirected to our billing softphone etc etc for sales etc

What i can not seem to get to work is for IVM To transfer callers to Axon and Axon to transfer it to my staffs software phones on the computer.
