Hello! I just downloaded the Switch so I will sound pretty naive to you. I have a sound file received by email and on my W98 machine it shows one of those "window" icons (i.e. it is not recognized format). It won't play on any of my five players ("format not recognized" or similar messages). My friend who sent the file says it's in aiff format. When I try to use the Switch it loads the file name in the dialog window but when I hit Convert it says something about not having the right codecs and would I read an html sheet on it. But the sheet offers no practical assistance - I already know aiff is an Apple format. I am sure that's an easy one for most of you and I thank you beforehand for your help. Jiriz
