Hi! We have loads of Diva PRI-V4 and PRI-E1. They are still TAPI compliant eventhough the Dialogic product line does not any longer support TAPI. Does this mean that the former Eicon product line with such cards as Diva PRI4 and others will work with your products? We have extensive experience from Eicon boards which are completely different from the Dialog boards and in my opinion the Eicon boards are superior...... So...anyone knows if they work with NCH IVR software? Thanks Ola
