  1. Hello, In the SPA-3102 Configuration page, using the admin login and advanced, under voice->PSTN line tab you have a PSTN Disconnect Detection section. On that you have two options (Detect PSTN Long Silence: and Detect VoIP Long Silence:), you can put both to no or you can set a bigger PSTN Long Silence Duration time and VoIP Long Silence Duration time in seconds. I Hope it helps. Regards. Bruno Abreu
  2. Hello. I don´t know if you still nead help, but the problem you have is that you have the polarity of the line negative (-51V) and the value for the line in use you have 30V, so the line is always busy, so what you have to do is to connect the wires of land line in different order. Hope it helps Bruno Hope it help
  3. Hello, If you haven´t solve the problem this is how I did to my spa 3102 adapter I have just configured 2 SPA3102 in our network. I used the setup guide of axon instead of the manual of the pinned topic. url: http://www.nch.com.au/hardware/setup/fxo.html I have the two units working just fine. Configuring like this: I don't need a extension to ring to the group, the configuration of the external line in AXON is set to group 701. The things I have different from the setup guide is: In the SPA3102 Web Configuration: In the guide they say to Set 'PSTN Answer Delay' to 2. In my case I have to put 4 (For CID to appear) One other thing is, you must set to No the PSTN Ring Thru Line 1. This let´s the axon manage the incoming call and the phone connect in the FXS port only rings if you set in axon configuration. Regards Bruno Abreu
  4. Hello, The Line 1 port should be 5070 (assuming that is the port configured in your axon server) The proxy should point to 10.110.30.253:5060 (not 5061, because the axon server is expecting in port 5060) The first one is working but is better to change the PSTN port to 5061. Hope it helps Bruno Abreu
  5. Hello, Has anyone tried the Linksys SPA400 or SPA401 with the AXON PBX ? Regard, Bruno Abreu.

    Transfer with SPA3102

Hello, I have a analog phone connect with spa3102, and I have the Flash/recall Key programed to 218ms, and the transfer call are working fine. Regards, Bruno Abreu
  7. Hello Check in spa3102 admin/voice/ in info tab under the PSTN line Status, the line voltage. It must be a positive value something around 50V. Then check if in PSTN tab under the international control you have a smaller number in line-in-use voltage. Best regards, Bruno Abreu
  8. Hello, I have just configured 2 SPA3102 in our network. The things I have different from the setup guide is: In the SPA3102 Web Configuration: In the guide they say to Set 'NAT Keep Alive Enable' to yes and blank out the 'NAT Keep Alive Msg' field. I din´t it is not necessary if you are working with fixed IP address. In the guide they say to Set 'PSTN Answer Delay' to 2. In my case I have to put 4 (For CID to appear) In the guide they say to Set 'Detect PSTN Long Silence:' to yes , and set 'Detect VoIP Long Silence:' to yes.
