Just wondering why your time clock is 5 hrs. ahead. Where are you located or does it need to be reset?

I want to record one-shot from my Tascam Vocal Trainer Recorder onto CD. I have a CD burner on my computer. When I put line out from Vocal Trainer with background tracks CD in Vocal Trainer then plug into computer my existing program (via Media Player) can't do it. It can burn onto CD or a device like a CD burner and it can copy tracks from CD in the D drive onto the C drive. How do I record vocals over background tracks that the Tascam claims is doable? Does your software enable this? Seems I need some kind of software to read from the vocal recorder. Please help.
