  1. Hi, I'm having the same problem as jbgoode but I can't even convert one file w/ the [same as source file] I also need to load multiple files from different directorys and have them convert to the same directory as the source. The software states that it can do this but it hasn't yet I just get that error. I have tried to load up a bundh of .wav files and convert them to .m4a files with the output location being [same as source file] In the Software directions it states that they will convert in the source directory if you have this in the Output pull down / Field. It also states that if I type the path C:\Music\[same as source file] in the output area It will create the same directory structure as the one I've loaded into Swift in the directory C:\Music\ and put the m4a files in the apropriate directroy based on the sorce directorys. That also returns the the same error. I can provide the path to the directions for both things the software is suppose to due but has not as of yet if that would help. Thanks for your help on this. Much appreciated!! Eccentric
  2. [same as source file] does not work - Whey I try to use this (the main reason I purchased the software) I receive the following error. "You do not have the required permissions to write to the specified output directory" Does anyone know why this happens. I'm running Switch Plus V 1.23 If I right click on a Source file in the list of files to convert & select open output file containg folder & I have [same as source file] in the Output folder drop down Explorier will go there... But if I hit conver I get the above error... I think it may be a software bug but I figured there would be a lot more posts if it was. Can't figure it out. Please help!! Thanks
