I have a PC successfully configured with Skype 3.1 and Uplink 1.30. I have tested connectivity (over dial-up) and am able to register my SIP connection. However, after I connect the PC behind the CheckPoint firewall (with all inbound ports unblocked) I get the following:
SIP Private IP is: 10.0.0.85:5060
SIP Public IP is: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060
SIP Number: yyyyyyyyyy@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060
Skype started successfully
Server did.voicenetwork.ca did not respond to register
(sip:yyyyyyyyyy@did.voicenetwork.ca)
Check server details for that line
I have the following two questions:
1. What could I be doing wrong with CheckPoint?
2. Does anyone have a configuration guide for Uplink through a firewall? (ie. ports to open, etc.)
