I have bought a CallURL Talk Voice 2LV+ . I can't make an outgoing call. It seems that the card is not recognizing a dial tone. One of the error messages I saw said- dial tone not detected. I first went into the Line Detector Program (a simple program to test outgoing call capability) software I downloaded from the manufacturer's website to just see if everything is set up properly. When I do this, I hear the dial tone, but no keys being pressed. Also, when I use the sample dialer program the line is open, but no dialing begins. Could you please let me know what I should do?
