Hi I am totally new to transcribing digital files. I was told by an employer that Express Scribe is one of the best so I downloaded it and attempted to load a digital file from a portal they set up for me through the software but I am unable to play it, etc. Could anyone give me suggestions on how to do this. I have an IMac running Mac OS X version 10.4.10. Thanks in advance!
