    Hi I have had a bug going for a while( locks up when I am doing book marks this has been happening for over 3 months) so I took a chance & sent it in , they said they had a fix, I downloaded the file installed it & I have to buy the damn thing AGAIN?? why can't there just be a bug fix to down load? Frustrated..again! Dale S I own 4 of your products & have had to purchase ...
