Trying to make music on hold w/ voiceover question

Hello everyone! I initially downloaded WavePad but I believe the program I need is MixPad which I recently downloaded. I am attempting to make my own "on hold" music with voice over messages. I haven't figured out how to do fade out (not completely) the music to a lower volume while the voice message is running and then fade music back to full volume after message. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
