Record 2 scanner stream to local pc

Hello,

I have recordpad running on a pc I have setup to "host" or distribute two scanner audio streams. One is railroad and the other is police audio. I have two audio cards in the pc.

I would like to record both audio inputs locally so I could have a log of what went on. It looks like recordpad will only run one instance of the program. currently I have version 2.12 or recordpad, would a newer version give me the ability to record both sources? Could I use recordpad and wavepad to accomplish this?

Any other recommendations?
