Windows 7 Sound tap no longer shows in control panel

I have just installed Windows 7 and now soundtap is no longer an option in the Control panel how do I fix this? I have considered uninstalling and reinstalling but will NCH allow me to do that? I purchased the software in july 2008 and have the serial number only.
