Registering our products is a 2 step process.
Take the 12 digit serial number
Enter that number into www.nch.com.au/activate with your details. Once you agree to the condition that you have taken advantage of our 14 day free trial, click on 'Activate Software License'

Upon doing this you will receive an email with your Key and ID which looks something like this:
Switch Sound Format Converter (Plus Edition)
Registration and Activation Code:
Name: Jane Doe
Location: Canberra ACT 2615
Switch Sound Format Converter ID - Key: 111111 - fskxoojp .

For PC users - Open the software your Key and ID corresponds to and click on 'File' the choose 'Register Software' and put your details in the corresponding boxes.

For Mac users - Open the software your Key and ID corresponds to and click on the menu item that is the software name e.g. 'Switch' the choose 'Register Software' and put your details in the corresponding boxes.

Its really that simple.

If you get an error that your details are incorrect, Use the copy paste option from the email into the software.
Also make sure the software you are entering the details into is the product your ID and Key are for. e.g. A Wavepad Key and ID will not work in Switch. (Read the error IN FULL)

And finally, community forum users cannot tell you any more than what I have just done, if you're still having trouble contact support through the link in your 'Software Registration Code' email.
