too noisy on outgoing audio on ExpressTalk (ET)

I have Express Talk v3.04 for Mac installed. It is a registered ET Business Edition. I could call out and I could receive calls. I always got crystal clear voice on the incoming audio but NOT on the outgoing audio. I always got complaints about the outgoing audio quality. It was always too noisy, with echoes, too jittery, or too much audio break-ups. I have not a clue why ExpressTalk was doing that. I have no problem whatsoever when I use X-Lite.

 

Does anybody have a solution to this problem?
